Terms and Conditions

Article 1: Fields of application and modification of terms and conditions

- These conditions apply to any order listed on the site.

- The supplier reserves the right to modify or change these conditions at any time.

Article 2: Availability of service

- The service is available immediately after purchase. An account is created for each customer which he/she enters by using the user name and password received together with the order.

- Access to service is subject to payment. In the event of non-payment until due date, the access to the service is interrupted.

- The customer can cancel his/her plan any time. The customer keeps access until the end of the period already charged: there is no partial refund in the event of termination before the end of the current payment period.

- The service does not offer contractual warranties for availability. It is also considered, in case of long or repeated unavailability of service, a financial compensation, as partial reimbursement which may not exceed the total amounts already paid by the customer during the current invoicing period, at the discretion of the supplier.

Article 3: Limits of Use

- Purchase confers the right to use the service that is strictly reserved for a single customer, his company or his employees. Customer account cannot be shared.

- Supplier cannot be presented as a trader selling the products to the customer or as a payment solution. The supplier only offers technical tools helpful for sale and cannot be otherwise presented.

- Customer cannot use the name of the service in such a way as anyone may believe that he/she is associated to it.

- Use of service for the following products is prohibited : health-related contents that require a    sales authorization, counterfeit and pirated products, selling emails or personal data, pornographic content, content related to clear-sightedness or paranormal, religion-related content, controlled pharmaceutical products and all products that require a sales authorization or those whose sale is prohibited in at least one EU country, in the United States, Canada or Hong Kong.

- The service can be interrupted at any time in case of violation of these limits, without any refund. It can also be interrupted for any other reason. In this only case, and to the discretion of the supplier, a compensation not exceeding the amounts already paid during the current payment period can be refunded to the customer.

- Customer undertakes not to try, through any technical means, to change the look of the service out of the limits allowed by the supplier. For example, the service cannot be embedded in an iframe, or modified by a script.

- Customer undertakes not to use the service in order to study its features, or having the purpose to copy them.

Article 4: Price

- Supplier reserves the right to change prices any time.

- Prices and conditions in force are indicated on the front page of the site.

Article 5: Liability

- The supplier does not undertake any liability for any direct or indirect damage, operating loss, profit loss, damages or expenses that may arise, whatever the cause of the incident may be.

- The supplier acts as a web host, allowing the customer to upload files. The contents uploaded and published by the customer do not imply any liability of the supplier.

Article 6: Refunds

- The customer may be eligible for a refund, if specified on the front page of the service.

- This refund may be requested on the contact page.
